Cookie to prevent popup after subscription form does not work

Hi, I can’t seem to get the popup suppressed with the cookie settings shown in screenshot – https://prnt.sc/qc_nijBtrvms, after user submits the form (successful or already registered). Am I missing something here? Kindly help to check and advise, thanks!
