Hi deepak2020,
So, you have reproduced your issue with every browser you’ve tried, right? And, on at least one of the browsers, you’ve deleted cache etcetera, right? If not, see these instructions: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95582?hl=en. As well as, of course, turned on cookies, right? If not, see: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/61416?hl=en.
All that said, John brings up a very good point. And this should be fairly easy to test for. Just try to reproduce the issue on another network and, if possible, another computer. One that for sure isn’t using a proxy, VPN, and/or firewall. This will also help us know if the issue is contained to your machine or not.
Oh, and speaking of your machine. If possible, try creating a new user and then try to reproduce the issue with the new account. This will tell us whether or not the issue is local to your current user or global on your machine.
P.S., I Googled around a bit and found this very apropos link:

Lots of suggestions there and ultimately a fix for the trouble ticket’s author. So, maybe something there will help you too. ??
Hang in there!
Sincerely,
Randy
