    Hi,

The cookies are automaticaly accepted BEFORE I click “accept” or “deny” button.
What should I do to get the cookies accepted (created) AFTER I click “accept” button?

    Because this is not GDPR…

FYI, the deny function works fine.

    Thanks

  • Hi, as I am battling with similar issue (also in combination with PixelYourSite), I have checked your page and your statement (that “deny function works fine”) seems not correct, as the pixel cookie gets planted into client browser even all CookieYes categories are rejected:

(of course I manually deleted the _fbp cookies before reloading the screen).
So it seems even the ‘deny’ is not working..

    Hi,

    We are here to assist!

The problems seem to happen as a result of the Google Tag Manager script not being blocked. This is because the script is not added via our plugin’s cookie category.

Kindly go to GDPR Cookie Consent > Cookie Category > edit the category containing Google Tag Manager cookies and in the head script section add the script and remove it from elsewhere.
