    Hello!

I have a problem and it’s that the cookie banner, after accepting or rejecting cookies, keeps appearing over and over again on the English pages of my site.

I already checked the expiration date of the cookie “complianz_consent_status” and it is 365 days so it should not be the problem. I also cleared the cache in my browser but I don’t know if this would be enough, the problem still persisted.

Another solution I see highly recommended is: “The reason for this was probably caused by the locale plugin adding locale to the URL subpath. Maybe the above value was set with the language path.” But how do I check this?

    Thanks a lot!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @alexa1et,

If the consent cookies are being set separately for these subfolders, consent will be re-obtained when switching between these versions of the site (i.e. the banner will reappear between them).

You can try this filter to force the consent cookies on the ‘root’ domain. Save it as a .php file and upload it to the /wp-content/mu-plugins/ folder on your site.

    force-cookies-on-root.php

Make sure to clear cache in any optimization tools afterwards, and then check the behavior in a fresh Incognito/Private Browsing window to see if it works.

    Kind regards, Jarno
