Cookies banner not disappearing on desktop

    Hello,
    For some reason, the banner doesn’t disappear after clicking “accept” or “deny.” It just collapses into a small area of the bottom corner.

    I think it is working properly on mobile? I am actually not totally sure – it definitely disappears though.

    Could someone help me out?

    Hi @nvincenth,

    The Cookie Banner will be closed after the visitor makes their decision. A smaller button then appears on the bottom of the page, “Manage Consent”, which can be used to re-open the Cookie Banner and change/revoke the previously set Cookie preferences.

    You can disable the Manage Consent button if desired, by navigating to Complianz > Cookie Banner > General and disabling the slider next to “Text on the manage consent tab”.
