Cookies Not Working In WP..Modifying Header Errors

    Hello.

    I’ve noticed that in WordPress, it seems like it doesn’t allow you to set cookies. In my experience, when I’ve had to use a cookie, I’ve not been able to do it because of some “Cannot modify header info-header already sent by (output started at…)” error. And I don’t have blank lines after the closing php tags. What’s going on with that?
