    Hi,

On first few weeks the banner was showing with no problem. Then i decided to change the settings for the cookies (for how long should it hide the add when visiting from mobile). Since then… i can see it on every iphone, except mine.

I tried navigating on a incognito window on the iphone with no luck. If i open it in chrome on my iphone it works, it is just safari the one not showing it.

Is there any way to force the plugin to ignore the cookies on the device and show the add?

    Thanks
    Kind regards

You simply need to clear your cookies on safari.

    • Launch the Settings app from the Home screen of your iPhone or iPad.
    • Scroll down and tap on Safari.
    • Scroll down and tap on Clear Cookies and Data.

If you want the banner to always show up then set the duration days in the settings to 0.

    Hi Matt,

    I wish ??

the reasson why im sending you this is becuase in Safari (just Safari) it does not work with the cookies as expected. I tried an incognito windodow (that is supposed to do not use cache files etc) and still did not work.

But, “good news”. This morning it started to show up again. Eventhough my problem “is sorted” I would like to ask you to double check what i reported, as it might help other users.

    Thanks
    Kind regards
