    Good morning,

    After updating Complianz to the last version and set it up again with the assisstant, the cookies page has not been updated correctly.

    All the cookies appear with “pending purpose investigation”. No info about the specific cookies is shown (name, caducity, purpose).

    I don’t know what should I do to solve this, as the cookies page is generated automatically.

    Could anyone give me a clue?

    Hi @leticia34,

    Could you try performing another “Sync” with CookieDatabase under Complianz -> Wizard -> Consent -> CookieDatabase.org? This will attempt to obtain the descriptions of these cookies and services once more.

    Hi @leticia34,

    Could you try a fresh re-install of the Complianz plugin? I see some strings marked as (Translation error) on your site, possibly this is related.

    Hi @jaranovos,

    But if I do that, I will need to re-do all the integration with GA4, which I don’t remember as quick…

    Also, I am worried that I might lose visits counting in the meanwhile.

    Is there not another possible solution?
