Cool Author Box Display Problem

    After installing the Cool Author Box plugin in WordPress v.3.1, everything seems to work except the display of my website. Here’s what I’m seeing:

    The name is missing from in front of the apostrophe in the website line. Initially I got an error message for “line 50” and after googling up the same problem I added some code to get the author box to show up, but I’m just missing the info in the website line. After trying to figure this out all afternoon, I’ve given up and decided to ask for some help. I know a little html, but I’m a php idiot. ?? If I need to provide a few lines of code from the cool-author-box.php file, just let me know
