Cool But Code Quality & Support is Lacking

I’ve used this plugin for a while and it’s got a great set of features, especially for a free plugin. Problem is that it’s not reliable and the vendor is not very responsive here on the forums.

I had planned on buying the premium version because it promises some really nice features, however I’ve learned the hard way that a plugin developer who doesn’t adequately support the free version rarely does well with the paid versions either.
