cool features, but needs babysitting

used this for about a year, and really liked it for the most part. didn’t have any issues with customer support about 60% of the time. I used this in conjunction with Metagauss’s ProfileGrid plugin, and was really amazed at the functionality.

But, you cant auto update their plugin, so you have to migrate back to their site and download the new update and do it manually. And the past month or so has been hell because everytime I deactivate the plug or try to upload a new version my back-end admin side completely crashes so I have to disable all of my plugins via php in order to get it back in working order. Customer service isnt terrible, but sometimes they just blatantly ignore a request or suggestion. Also, sometimes the plugin would just randomly generate 60+ pages, and customer service’s response was to delete them.

had a similar experience with the developer’s other plugin profilegrid. deleted all their shit and feel better now lol

I’m trying out forminator instead, I’m liking it a lot.
