    Hi,

    Relatively new woocommerce store here ~6mos. We’ve had the plugin installed the whole time. I can tell we’re receiving reviews, because our Google Merchant account shows some activity, BUT nothing is showing up on the badge. Could this be something do do with our store running on a subdomain?

    Any help would be appreciated!

    You are correct in thinking the issue is because of the subdomain. Your Google Merchant Center account only takes one URL of your website and that’s the website that will be able to show the badge with your data.

    According to this post (https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/188486)…
    “In most cases, the best URL to enter is the top-level URL of your site, e.g. https://example.com. If you use a sub-host of path to host your store, it will need to be included in your URL e.g. https://stores.example.com/mystore.”

    Our settings appear to be correct then. I just found this on another forum:

    “generally, google requires at least 150 reviews, during the past year,
    before seller-ratings appear on the google-customer-reviews-badge.”

    … and if that’s the case, we have a little way to go still.
