    I have a client with a Cool Timeline on the page shown in this post. He reports that the timeline fails to load properly on Windows PCs using the Chrome and Edge browsers.

    The timeline is vertically oriented, and it fails to load as my client scrolls down the page. He can resolve the issue by clearing his browser cache, but this fix only works once. To view the timeline again when he reloads this page, he must clear his browser cache again.

    I update WordPress and all plugins on this site continuously as updates become available, so nothing is ever seriously out of date.

    I run Chrome on a Mac, but I cannot replicate this error on my machine.

    Can anyone help?

    Thanks.

    Hi @akubrin,

    Please Use this below-shared custom CSS:-

    .cool_timeline [data-aos^=fade][data-aos^=fade] {
        opacity: unset !important;
    }

    If the issue still exists please let us know

    Thanks & Regards

    Hi @jyoti197,

    I added the code you supplied, but I’m afraid this issue is still unresolved. The site reports as follows:

    Sorry for taking so long but the is no change.
    I just tried it on a brand new machine and same behavior as before.
    Actually, it might be a bit worse as it used to work once and then not again but on the new machine it didn’t work at all.

    What are your thoughts? How can we fix this issue?

    Thanks.
