Cool Timeline Story Shortcode doesn’t work in home page

    I have created multiple story using Cool Timeline plugin. But when i used in my homepage it display code instead of timeline. And I have also used this cool timeline story shortcode in different page not in home page then it display the time line i don’t know what causes the problem. Can anybody please help me.

    Hi @ptlom,

    There might be a conflict with one of your other plugins on the home page. Please try deactivating your other plugins one by one to identify the issue.

    I have deactivated all of plugin and then reinstall cool timeline plugin but still it cause then same problem.

    Hi @ptlom,

    Could you please provide screenshots of your plugins list and the editor page where you are using our plugin, as well as the plugin admin dashboard? We need this information to diagnose the issue because we tested the same scenario at our end, and it is working fine.

    @aniketji, I think I have solved my problem by using Shortcode. I don’t what plugin or thing causes the problem.
