Coordinator Confirmation Emails

  • Hello,

    The confirmation emails are great. However, the short codes don’t seem to work for the Payment Alert Email like they do for the Coordinator Registration Alert Email.
    I just copied and pasted the one into the other and change the “Registered/Paid”.

    Also, is there a list of shortcakes for the emails? I’d like to add their method of payment but I’m not sure what to include.. (ie. [method])?

    Please advise for both.

    autocorrect… list of “Shortcodes” not list of “Shortcakes” ??

    I would like to know why each event registration is receiving THREE confirmation emails every time?

    one person registered for 3 classes and got 9 emails 3 per class

    This is typically do to some aspect of page caching. Make sure that you do not have any page caching setup on the pages you are using for the Registration plugin.

    Additional note, some themes have it built in, so if you do have any plugins running page caching, then check your them.

    StakeSGF – did any caching things help you resolve your issue?

    I don’t use a caching plug-in and I don’t know how to check to see if my theme uses caching.

    Also, avdude – does the caching have something to do with my original post? why don’t my emails look the same??
