    Hi @gltaccone

It does look like something is wrong with cURL use on your website.

There is chance that it may work with default method that runs in single request of the CRON:

    1. Go to “Other options” section
    2. Default backup method: https://prnt.sc/1vyex21
    3. Save that section
    4. Make manual backup to confirm this method work properly on your site, since you had the alternate method enabled, there is chance that it does not work for you and you may need to find root cause of why cURL does not work.
    5. If everything will be fine, wait for next scheduled backup and see if it works.

Our plugin also detected this error related to WordFence:
[2023-09-13 11:14:54] [ERROR] Mensaje de error: fopen(/home/c2301234/public_html/wp-content/wflogs/config-synced.php): failed to open stream: Is a directory
    [2023-09-13 11:14:54] [ERROR] Archivo/línea del error:/home/c2301234/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wordfence/vendor/wordfence/wf-waf/src/lib/storage/file.php|458

Let me know if that resolves your issue ??
    Thank you!

    Hi @gltaccone

Our plugin is capable of adjusting its configuration automatically to resolve some issues, it works out of the box but only with manual backups.

Indeed you set the default backup method but it failed and our plugin decided to use previous backup method that does not work with scheduled backup on your server.

But this time I see the error which causes the issue with backup using default method.

If you increase the max_execution_time from 30 seconds to 180 seconds in your php.ini it should resolve issue with default method backup which also mean that scheduled backups will work properly.

Let me know if that resolves your issue ??
    Thank you!

    Hi @gltaccone

Please save backup directory path from second section of our plugin settings.

Once you do that go to troubleshooting section -> show advanced options -> scroll at the bottom -> reset configuration.

Reset configuration of our plugin and in first place set the same backups directory path as you had before.

    Then disable PHP CLI:

    1. Go to “Other options” section
    2. Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
    3. Save “Other options” section

There is also high chance that our scheduled backup is blocked by WordFence at the end it seems possible as I run out of ideas, everything else seem to be alright on your website.

    (@gltaccone)

After performing the reset the situation is worse.
I cannot perform a backup manually and the automatic one is not stored either.
    I don’t have copies stored.
Please help to find the solution

    Hi @gltaccone

I told you to save backup directory and paste it after configuration reset.

Go to second section of our plugin and set the path to exactly this:

    /home/c2301234/public_html/wp-content/backup-migration-F9rhMIEmW2

That should bring back your backups on the list.

Regarding your issue, I don’t think I can help you further in free support forum on www.ads-software.com, I already tried everything that I could notice based on your live-log and errors.

If you want to receive further support, please get premium version and contact our premium support.

Thank you and my apologies, but please understand that there is no progress with the issue.

    Hello Clyde
I appreciate your help. I apologize if I have made any mistakes.
It’s not my intention to bother.
My site is under construction with data loading so it is important to know that your plugin works correctly to store the backup.
With their support I was able to recover my backup list. Thank you.
But the plugin still does not store the automatic copy and does not allow manual backup copy (message: we are processing your files…)
The plugin continues with the initial problem for which I requested support.
I appreciate that you have a little more patience in analyzing the problem again in order to find a solution.
    Debug code:

    Hi @gltaccone

I didn’t notice the plugin earlier, but in your latest debug code it seem like you have plugin named “all-in-one-wp-security-and-firewall” as it’s firewalll it can block the self-requests our plugin produces to keep the backup process ongoing.

Could you please temporarily check if temporary deactivation of that particular plugin helps the process to progress any further?

It’s not about me being unpleasant I just ran out of ideas that I can offer in WP forums, we’re not allowed by www.ads-software.com Guidelines to offer some solutions to users.

Debugging your particular case is not that simple, as there is need to track what’s going on with the background process, our plugin can do that and provide the details in debug code but as the process can’t start most likely due to firewall our plugin also can’t save or receive errors.

There is barely what I can offer you in terms of solutions, it’s not about you or me, there is lack of information that can help me understand the problem.

    (@gltaccone)

I did temporary deactivation of plugin “all-in-one-wp-security-and-firewall”

Then I try to do backup manual and I had an error message with the following debug code: BMI-VoFabnW6-01315

I scheduled automatic copy but it did not happen
Try again with manual copy, getting the message: we are processing your files.
    The new debug code is
