Copied forms not displaying

HI, thanks for coming back so quickly.

The forms are published and all settings on the new page are identical to the original page.

If I clone the page, the original form shows up fine but as soon as I update the short code, the form disappears:

Are you using some kind of Page Builder?

Please contact our support team using the form on this page and send us a temporary access to your backend, so we can investigate this issue.
