Copy a plugin to another wordpress installation

  • Hello,
    I want to copy a plugin that works good on a wordpress installation ,but problem is when I copy the plugin to another wp installation ,It stops working.Menus & widgets become undraggable.
    So,please tell how can I copy the plugin?
    Is here any plugin copier ?
