• Hi there,

I am working to make a copy of one of our sites to a local (virtual) machine.

This is running into ‘big’ problems as the local site is showing nothing but blank pages.

The site files is copied with tar and moved to the local machine. The database is copied to the local machine.

I have tried almost everything i know. PHP works, Apache works and sees html / php files, Mysql works etc. I can connect to random databases using PHP/Mysql, the user has grants to the database. And i can even setup a blank, fresh installed site. Everything seems to be working but for the blank pages everywhere.

When i was searching the Net for help i found a guide that mentioned some WP Cache caching stuff. Guide mentioned to delete some files and make some new links to probably fresh cache files.

Now for the actual Question : would that be needed for W3 Total Cache. Can i just up and copy a site which uses this plugin? Or is there some way to clear or disable the plugin without access to the WP admin pages ??

    Thanks in advance,

    Sander
