Copy and Pasting cross-sells and upsells

    Hello, we are trying to be able to copy and paste some items from a cross-sell column to the upsell column – when we paste, it just shows the ID number, we still have to click on that item number and then it shows and then click again. Was hoping if I copied the one area with all entries they would all paste in the other. Thanks for any helpful tips.

    Hi Mike,

    Apologies for a delayed response. The copy-paste functionality works just as you are thinking. Once you see the IDs, after pasting in either of the columns, Click on Save. If there is a duplicate product id, it might show error and remove it but rest will be saved. Once you get the “product updated successfully” message, you can click on ‘Search’ button and it will show the products perfectly. I hope this answers your query.
