Copy data from one multisite data table to another.

Some guidance as to how to go about copying data from one multisite data table to another.

Say the data to be copied is from

wp_bp_xprofile_data in field_id 3 for user_id 221

and is to be copied to

wp_9_bp_xprofile_data in field_id 3 for user_id 221

Possible Alternatives

1) Has the field already been set-up in WP_9 ? a) Yes b) No.

2) Is there any data already in wp_9_bp_xprofile_data in field_id 3 for user_id 221? a) No. b) n/a

Any ideas very very welcome!
