Copy Download Button to Top of Page

I’d like to copy the “Select All” and “Download Selected Images” button to the top of the page so it’s in BOTH – at the top AND the bottom. I thought I could figure out that little piece of code, but it’s beyond me. And tips or guidance?

I’d also like to COPY the pagination page links (example, 1,2,3,4,etc.) to the top too, but I don’t think that’s controlled by this module.
