• I have a problem that has been occurring for some time: when I duplicate a newsletter, the word “copy of” is no longer deleted from the list of newsletters.

I specify that I delete this at the level of the title itself and that it is not visible to subscribers, but in the administration, these “copies of” are still visible.

Do you have a solution ?

I’ve just tested it on my site. When I duplicate a newsletter and then I edit it, I can change the title and then I see it OK in the list.

Are you referring to regular newsletters or maybe a different specific type of emails?

Looking forward to hearing back from you!

Hello @danielinhou ! I totally see what you mean. Indeed, it worked like that but for some time now, we have been able to delete “copy of copy” from the title of the email, after having duplicated it. But when we return to the list of all emails, “copy of copy” remains displayed. This prevents us from seeing the real title of the email. It’s weird because in other sites I don’t have this problem.

    Hi again,

This prevents us from seeing the real title of the email. It’s weird becaus

Thanks for the update. If it is working on my site, and on other site’s you manage then this is probably a conflict with another plugin or the site theme.

Please give the steps in this tutorial a try: How to Test for Theme and Plugin Conflicts

    I hope this helps!
