Copy of order email notification both admin and vendor

Hi
i deploying multisite with multi vendor site
Q1.suppose customer purchase product his email notification goes both admin and shopper(shopper)
Q2.only emailed particular vendor when his products were uploaded in the order.
how to achieve q1 and q2
