Copy/export settings for multisite blogs

Is there a way to copy/clone/export the settings for this plugin from one blog to another in a network? Or the option to set them for an entire network?

It is onerous to copy and paste all of the URLs from one blogs to another.

I can use another plugin to copy the settings into brand spanking new sites, but it doesn’t work for extant blogs. Or when I need to update the settings (e.g. after updating this plugin.)
