Copying and pasting issue. Worpress changing html

I cant seem to figure this out. Im getting html code straight from pay pals website which there techs have verified its good to go.. now when i copy and paste in html box it changes the html. everybody i talked to siad it has to be word press changing it. here is copied html.

This is what it is changing into. There should just be one drop down with all 4 selections in it. Please help. Thank You
