I’m moving this complaint out of Requests and Feedback and into Miscellaneous.

I’m sorry, but that site you’ve linked has nothing to do with WordPress here or any plugin here. There’s nothing that anyone here can do.

I also already had informed about this to Envato about two weeks ago

Then it sounds like you’ve already taken the only action you can.

I noticed some “woo” plugins. Maybe woodojo/woothemes have a developer license?

Does anyone recognize the characters of the website? the logo looks maybe chinese, korean? that araa of the planet?

Doesn’t technically speaking GPL license say anyone can distribute plugins as long as you don’t charge for them?

any plugin I download inherits the same license as WordPress itself, and any plugin that I fork?

The only way you can “get” these people is if you go after them for using your product’s name (is it copyright or trademark?).

yes..anyhow was hoping so. thank you
