    Full Site themes have no widget areas (there’s not even a “Dashboard – Appearance – Widgets” admin panel) and as far as I am aware, Legacy Widgets are not supported as blocks in Full Site themes. Your best option is to stop using Legacy Widgets and to move to blocks or block widgets.
