Although a list of ingredients and instructions for preparing them can not be copyrighted, the photos belong to someone else and were used without permission. Someone else took the time and effort to prepare these dishes, set them up for photos, took the photos and edited them to make them look the best they can look. For someone else to simply copy and paste them to their own site under made up names is unconscionable. There is not even a nod in the photographer’s direction for their artistic talent.

Keep the recipes if you must, but please remove the photos. They do not belong to this foodrecipesforum’s owner and fall under both Recipezaar’s and Scripps Network’s copyright. This poster is breaking copyright laws.
