core directories being preloaded

wp-content, wp-includes and pages that dont exist are being preloaded. This creates a directory within wp-content/cache/wpo-cache/example.com

Inside this a directory is created:

wp-content
5945122377392450837
6250210449892276440

Within each of these contains an index.html, zip and php file

I have manually excluded the following directories to see if this will fix the issue but seems like a major security issue to me.
