    Hi, Greetings!

Since external links or ULRs are present more or less on most of the websites, and a big number of websites earn from third party Ads on their pages, and like big webservices like Facebook.com, Gmail.com etc. use their own in-built web browser for advantages, it’s now a great demand for such an in-built web browser for WordPress based websites. In-built web browser gives users/ visitors an option (with back arrow on top) to return easily to it’s own website from the visiting websites (external links).

I don’t know if any plugin can be used for this, or whether it can be implemented easily, but I wish someday an in-built browser for external links will be available for all WordPress’s websites. And it looks it is a standard for webservices now-a-day.

I would like to request to WordPress Developers to consider having an in-built web browser (for external links) with websites in near future.

    Thanks

It seems there’s some misunderstanding here.

No, it’s the MOBILE apps, not the websites, that have the in-app browsers.

And it’s not really “in-built” browsers per se: these in-app browsers are native features of the mobile operating system installed on the device(Android or iOS) that the Facebook/Instagram/Gmail etc apps merely invoke.

Your WordPress site is NOT a mobile app: it’s a website and can never do what native mobile apps can do.

    For your thought @gappiah.

Is it possible to open an external link (website) on a page like the way a post is opened?
