• Hi everyone

I’ve been analyzing my WordPress site, and I noticed that the Core Web Vitals are failing specifically for the Chracters page when viewed on mobile devices.

The metrics indicate good performance in Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) but Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS) in shows in medium range for mobile.

I am using WP Kadence theme & W3Rocket plugin for optimization. I’ve tried optimizing images and reducing the number of plugins, but the issue persists.

Has anyone experienced similar problems? What steps can I take to improve these metrics and ensure a better user experience on mobile? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Since the plugin responsible for your site’s speed is a commercial plugin, we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best: https://wp-rocket.me/contact/

Forum volunteers do not have access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working correctly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you, but your best bet is your product’s developer. We encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.
