Corner Radius Not Working

Hi guys,

It seems that after the latest plugin update, videos that are embedded in shapes with corner radius don’t show up correctly on mobile devices.

The corner radius doesn’t show up.

See slides 3, 5 and 7.

Images have no issues.

Both of these issues – corner radius not working on videos on mobile, as well as corner radius not working on some elements on mobile –?are known issues that we have plans to fix. Here are the related GitHub issues for these:

We’ll continue to update those issues as we investigate and eventually roll out fixes. I can also this update this topic and let you know when the fixes have been released.

Work is currently underway on this (follow this ticket for updates) and it should be fixed in one of our upcoming releases.

The bug was fixed in the meantime and will be included in the 1.9 version of the plugin, scheduled to be released mid-July.

@paosfitworld Hello there! Thank you so much for your patience on this issue. There has been an update to the Web Stories for WordPress plugin which includes the fix for your issue. Please update to version 1.9.0 of the Web Stories plugin and retest your Stories for the correct corner radius applications.
