  • Same exact issue. I see you posted this over two months ago…and still no reply. geez.

oh wait… author doesn’t care about people who are trying out the plugin to see if it will work for their site, only people who have paid.

We no longer provide support on this forum. The primary purpose of this forum is for people in the WordPress community who are having trouble with WP Offload S3 to help each other. Response time can range from a few days to a few weeks and will likely be from a non-developer.

If you want a timely response via email from a developer who works on this plugin, purchase the pro upgrade and send us an email.

If you’ve found a bug, please submit an issue at GitHub.

You may also find our documentation and videos helpful.

We will check this forum every couple of weeks to see if someone has posted a bug report here instead of at GitHub. We will not be digging into people’s support requests on here.

Same problem here, and no information on how to troubleshoot. I realize no support is provided for the free version, so non-buyer beware.

I was having the same problem. All was fine some months back and then all of a sudden current images were not being uploaded to S3.

All the settings were the same so I couldn’t figure out what was wrong.

    here’s what I did.

Under Advanced Options turn OFF Object Versioning.

All seems to be working again. Worth a try.

after hours of debugging i tried turning off object versioning and that worked as well.

That works for me, too. Thanks!
