Correct Price on Landing Page?
-
I’m having an issue with my google shopping feed not where the price does not lineup with the landing page for one of my variable products.
I’m using Product Feed Pro to feed my product information to Google Merchant.
My guess is that the google shopping product posts link to the landing page which defaults to no selected variables. For example, if you clicked the google shopping ad or post with the addon costing $264, it hits the landing page without the addon which would cost $249 hence the discrepancy and error message from google.
You can repeat this issue by visiting the link I provided in this post, which has the attributes already selected and should automatically apply the right price ($264 in this case). However, when you click the link which includes the attributes from the dropdown, the variables are not selected. Link with attributes/variable selected:
This is causing problems with Google, which is saying that the price of my product does not line up with the landing page price.
How can I fix this issue? The simplest fix I see is creating different product pages for all of the variables, but this is very inconvenient and not ideal.
