    Hello,

I’ll try to bulk correct the redirection, but it doesn’t modify anything. The 301 remains in the tab. It’s the same if I try with just one.

    Can you help me?

    Hi @giulioplay2009,

I hope you are keeping well, and sorry to know that you are having an issue.

Do you have any cache enabled on your website?

Please clear all the cache, including the server-side cache and re-check if you still notice the issue.

Please let us know how that goes.

    Kind Regards,
    Nebu John

    Hello, thanks for the answer.

I use W3 Total Cache. All caches successfully emptied, but the same issue as before.

    What can I check?

    HI @giulioplay2009

When you try to do “fix redirect” individually for a single URL does it give you any error messages (e.g. something like “invalid page template” or similar)?

Could you also try it with web developers tools open in browser (here’s guide for Chrome but it’s similar with other browsers too) and see if there are any errors reported in “Console” tab and any failed requests listed in “Network” tab?

If yes, let us know about those, please.

    Best regards,
    Adam

When I try with just one, I got the message that succesfully the redirect is changed, but it is not true: it still remains in the list.

    In console tab I see:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 () w3tc.ttf:1

A message in the console while I do the operation:

The Content-Security-Policy directive name ”nonce-{random}” contains one or more invalid characters. Only ASCII alphanumeric characters or dashes ‘-‘ are allowed in directive names.

    Hello @giulioplay2009 !

That could be the cause here. Would you be able to test the plugin on a different site or a test site and see if that’s happening there as well?

Can you also share a full screenshot of the error message here? You can use a service such as https://imgur.com to upload and share a link to the image.

    Kind regards,
    Pawel

    Hello @giulioplay2009 ,

We haven’t heard from you for over a month now, so it looks like you don’t have any more questions for us.

Feel free to re-open this ticket if needed.

    Kind regards
