Correct settings for W3TC + CloudFlare?

Being a bit lost.
What are the correct settings for
Minifying HTML, CSS
and
Combining CSS, JS?Should they be turned on in plugin AND on Cloudflare, or
They should be on ONLY in one place (plugin OR cloudflare)?If settings should be on ONLY in one place, then where it is better to use them?
