Correcting Backup Guard plug in problem

I created a ticket for a problem I was having with my Backup Guard PHP version which prevented me from getting onto my website. I received an IMMEDIATE live and helpful response via the chat function, followed up by an email which outlined what steps I should take. As a newbie, following instructions for a web fix is like “learning Greek” in 5 minutes, but viola, it worked! Now I’m back on line with my website and have installed a fresh version of Backup Guard which I understand lacks the kinks of the version I was using. So thanks, WordPress support people. I appreciate it.
