Corrupt Comicpress Installation

    DEAR PEOPLE FROM THE FUTURE: This is what we’ve figured out so far…

    I’m re-creating my site from scratch – it was hacked and I removed all databases and directories, created a new database, and started fresh. However none of my comic folders are writable by the Comicpress plugin, even after deleting them, recreating them, and checking permissions in ws-ftp.

    My site is myhood.biz, and I’m at my wit’s end with the problems it has given me. The staff at Dotster have checked it out and believe it is a problem with the site configuration, but I don’t see anywhere that shows incorrect login data.

    Your help would be immensely appreciated,
