What doe you mean? It looks visually fine on the page. Is the form not sending? Not being received? Error messages?

Yes, the error reads: There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.

Have a read here and follow the links depending on the border colour of the box surrounding the error message: After submitting the form, I get an error message stating “There was an error trying to send your message.” What is wrong?

Check mail settings tab in form settings page.
