corrupt site, trying to restore, have backup database

    I have had some problems with this site while being away from the US for the past 4 years. I have an recent exported database from last week, when it was still working. I can’t get a quick import to work. Isn’t there another way to do this? I am most interested in the comments, but know they are based on the posts.

    The site is supposed to look like this:

  • Hi @greenpeas, While there are no plugins specifically designed for importing the database, you can explore using the command line as an alternative method.

    mysql -u database_username -p database_name < /path/file.sql

    
MySQL Database name: user_database
MySQL Username: user_admin
Uploaded database file: database.sql
