    Hello,

My colleague, who is a big fan of your plugin, encountered an issue earlier today that caused our site’s database to break while using Version 4.1.5.

He was replacing an image and, in the process, decided to update the ALT tag. After clicking the update button a second time, the site—built with Elementor—experienced a critical issue, breaking the pages and template where the image was supposed to be replaced.

I was able to restore the database, and everything returned to normal. However, we’re concerned about the compatibility of your plugin with Elementor. Could you confirm whether there are known compatibility issues or provide any guidance on how to prevent this from happening again?

Looking forward to your advice. Thank you!

    Hello Drew,

Thank you for reaching out. Our plugin is fully compatible with Elementor, and we have not received any other reports of similar issues.

If this occurs again, we recommend the following troubleshooting steps:

    • Clear your site’s cache (including any caching plugins and server-level cache).
    • Regenerate Elementor’s CSS files under Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS & Data.
    • Check for conflicts by disabling other plugins and re-enabling them one by one.
    • Ensure that your database and file permissions are correctly configured.

Since the issue was resolved after restoring the database, it’s possible that there was a temporary conflict or an isolated database inconsistency. If further investigation is needed, reviewing the error logs at the time of the incident may provide more insights.

    Best regards,
