Corrupted URL format .. please help me

i’m sai krishna from TechGenra ..
my posts URL structure is going wrong ..
Example of problem :
Original post url :
https://techgenra.com/install-android/after loading 2 secs .. automatically some text is adding to the url of my posts .. like this ..
https://techgenra.com/install-android/#.Tyv0SMUzCI8
not only for this post.. all posts are got the same problem ..
other example’s..
original : https://techgenra.com/delete-remove-paypal-account/
After 2-3 secs of loading : https://techgenra.com/delete-remove-paypal-account/#.Tyv1XMUzCI8i don’t know why this text is coming .. i’m not using 7 plugins only and theme also working good ..
why this text is coming to my urls ?
