    Hey there,

I really like your plugin as I am using CF7 elsewhere.

I just have a problem when storing data from checkboxes and radio buttons.
What I get is this error/warning:

Warning: strlen() expects parameter 1 to be string, array given in /nfsmnt/hosting1_2/1/3/13bd45c9-82a3-4ec6-85c0-3d23d6ddc17c/srobezstarosti.sk/sub/fajnbyvanie/wp-content/plugins/contact-form-advanced-database/lib/display/cf7-db-view.php on line 80
    Array

Email message with the data seems to be working properly as I get all the data that are filled in checkboxes and radiobuttons as string values.

Every other data (from text/tel/email fields) are working perfectly.

How can I get the values from checkboxes/radiobuttons as string values directly DB?

    Thank you!

    Hi Christian,

I just found out that even if it (radio-button and check-box values) works and is displayed correctly in the wordpress backend (UI), after having it exported to xls, the exported .xls file seems to be corrupted.

The columns (in exported excel file) where the radio-button and check-box values are expected, contain only string Array instead of stored values.

And the special (national) characters are not displayed properly, e.g.:
    Tak a toto je v porad?- u?? druh?? spr??va, ktor?o posielam dnes.
    instead of
Tak a toto je v poradí u? druhá správa, ktorú posielam dnes.

Do you think, it is reparable somehow?

    Thank you!

    Hi Bebik,

Yeah, I noticed that also, I am currently fixing it right now and am going to released a new update later today.

Regarding special chars, I’ll try to recreate it on my end.

    Thank you!!

    Hey Christian,

    I installed an update…
Unfortunatelly, my contact form values are now displayed (in WordPress UI) with the prefixes (e.g. your-email [email protected]), even if after export and on detailed view they are displayed normally (not talking about encoding, special chars still do not look well).
Furthermore some of the attributes are displayed twice, e.g. following fields “your-email”, “your-name”, “your-message”, “your-tel” , etc.

Are you aware of this behaviour?

    Thank you

    Hi bebik,

Please update the plugin to version 1.0.6. It should solve the problem on the backend however on the export I am still working on it. I’ll try my best to release an update nextweek to fix it. Thank you very much for reporting this bugs.
