    Hello,

I have problem with URL downloading after replacing Rocket WP with AccelerateWP (they are very similar, the latter one is from CloudLinux). If I am logged-in, everything is fine, but when I download without being logged in to WordPress, the file is corrupted.

I don’t know how to exclude the plugin or just link from being affected by the cache plugin.

    Best Regarsd,

You may need to whitelist the download url from the caching plugin.

See https://gfexcel.com/docs/caching-plugins/ for more information on that.

    Hope this helps.

I have tried this already, but it didn’t help…

@imajcen I’m sorry for misreading your initial message. I missed that part.

Unfortunately AccelerateWP is not a public plugin we can examine to provide this information. I would suggest you take this up with CloudLinux; as they are the provider of this feature / plugin.

From GravityExports perspective all headers to avoid caching are set; but these caching plugins often disregard these.

It must be possible to whitelist the /gf-entries-in-excel/* from the AccelerateWP caching. After that it should work. I fear their caching is producing a different set of content headers with the content from the plugin; resulting in a mismatched / corrupt end-result.

Hope you get this resolved with them. If they have any pointers for me to help you I’d love to hear. A page with plugin hooks would also help; perhaps we can add a hook to prevent this in the future. But for now I cannot find any such information.

    kind regards,

    Doeke
