Corrupted Zip Downloads from virtual product purchase

Hello everyone,

I’m having a super weird issue I’ve never experienced before.
I have a woocommerce website where users purchase virtually downloadable products.

These come in a zip file.
There are other zip files within that zip file if that matters.

Randomly, I’d say 3 out of every 10 users encounters an issue where the downloaded zip is corrupt and gives an error within Winrar “unexpected end of archive” and doesn’t let them extract. They’re able to repair the archive but some of the files are still corrupted.

I’ve set up a similar WordPress website where users download virtual products after purchase and didn’t have this issue. I can’t troubleshoot the issue as I cannot get this problem to replicate using my computers, or any of my friend’s computers. It’s just so random.

I asked a developer friend of mine and he suggested I disable double compression within Cpanel using the .htaccess file. This didn’t work.

We had a pretty good launch but we’ve had to halt it due to users having this error and it’s definitely a bummer.
