• I am getting a CORS error and the Chat icon is not showing on my WordPress website.

    Access to fetch at ‘https://8172.3cx.cloud/MyPhone/config/mywebsite’ from origin ‘https://mywebsite.de’ has been blocked by CORS policy: No ‘Access-Control-Allow-Origin’ header is present on the requested resource. If an opaque response serves your needs, set the request’s mode to ‘no-cors’ to fetch the resource with CORS disabled.

    I am using 3CX StartUP PRO 10 Users and I am setting the WordPress website URL correctly under Admin -> Voice & Chat -> Edit Live Chat -> Your website.

    I am using the WordPress plugin version 10.0.7?.

    CORS error means that web-site address input of Live Chat configuration form (in Web client) filled out incorrectly.

    As I said, I am putting the website URL as following, should I set it somewhere else? ?Admin -> Voice & Chat -> Edit Live Chat -> Your website.

    Hello @keviin55 , from what you posted, it seems that you have an extra quote in your configuration. Do mind “’” at the end of your URL. Please double check. You contact us directly at [email protected] with more details about your website so we can troubleshoot your setup. Let us know!
