CORS error prevents embed

Started getting a CORS error when embedding the youtube live stream, oddly occurred when switching from php 7.1 to 7.3, though my site’s configuration itself doesn’t seem to have changed.

Access to script at 'https://www.youtube.com/iframe_api' from origin 'https://sirtaptap.com' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource.
