I am trying to use PDF files stored on Google Cloud, and i’m getting the CORS error.

Is there a step by step solution to let me configure my Google Cloud interface to allow it to present my PDF’s to my flip books.

    Hi,

Can you clarify, is this Google drive or Google cloud storage?

If it is Google Drive, they do not allow CORS access.

If it is Google cloud there are steps provided by Google Cloud Documentation: https://cloud.google.com/storage/docs/cors-configurations

    I’m using Google Drive.

So if Google Drive won’t work for dFlip PDF files, is there another cloud storage that you’d recommend us to use to be able to offload our PDF files from our MEDIA folder and dFlip will open those PDF files from the remote service?

    Hi,

No File sharing platform(Dropbox, One drive, Google drive) will allow such usage. They want to save their traffic usage too.

Unless you own the storage – AWS, Google Cloud Storage.

    Best Regards,
