Cost calculator for logged in users with change later

I need a cost calculator for events.
My customers should be able to save their progress when filling out the form (as registered customers in the customer account).
My customers should have the possibility to change their settings again later in their customer account. Can this be done with ninja form plugin?
Is it possible with ninja forms?
I need the cost calculator for logged in customers.
Can the plugin ninja form allow password protected access for customers to fill out the form, so customers can keep going back to it to fill it out?
I don’t need woocommerce and payment functions because it is an estimate without exact date.
